Bids are to be submitted to the Calhoun County Administrative Services Office, Purchasing Division, in accordance with instructions contained in the specifications, and must be clearly identified as “Asphalt
Emulsions; RFB#106-13 “, on the sealed bid mailing envelope. All bids must be received by the Calhoun County Administrative Services Office, Purchasing Division, no later than Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 3pm (local time).
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined to be in the best interest of the County.
