Advertisement for bids

The Calhoun County Road Commission (CCRC) is currently accepting bids for hot mix asphalt, asphalt emulsions, 22A, 23A, 29A, 2NS, pavement markings, culverts, chip seals and tree and stump removal.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Calhoun County Road Commission at 13300 Fifteen Mile Road, in Marshall, Michigan (49068) until the date and times listed below, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read for furnishing the following items:

Item 1: Asphalt emulsions – Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 9am
Item 2: 22A, 23A, 29A, 2NS – Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 9:30am
Item 3: Hot mix asphalt – Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 10am
Item 4: Pavement markings – Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 10:30am
Item 5: Corrugated and spiral metal culverts – Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 11am
Item 6: Tree, stump removal – Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 11:30am
Item 7: Chip seals – Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 1pm

Specifications, bidding instructions and proposal blanks are available at the Calhoun County Road Commission office (269-781-9841) or can be downloaded from our website here.

All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes and prepared on forms furnished by the Calhoun County Road Commission. The name of the item bid upon and the name of the bidder shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope. This bid may include work on state trunk lines.
