The Calhoun County Road Department is hiring temporary road workers for summer road work beginning in mid-May or early June 2014.

To apply, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, valid MICHIGAN Driver’s License, DOT Physical Card, and CDL Class B with Air Brakes (Class A preferred). Two years driving experience with heavy equipment preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to patching, general labor, truck and other equipment maintenance, and completion of applicable paperwork.
40 hour work week, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wage rate is $12 per hour.
