The Calhoun County Solid Waste Department hosted a free electronics collection on Saturday, April 16, from 9am – 1pm, and the results were phenomenal.
The collection was held at the Calhoun County Road Commission garage on 15 Mile Road in Marshall.
Thousands of electronic devices were collected; it took over two 18-wheelers to haul it all away!
The collected electronics that would have otherwise ended up in the landfill were sent to Valley City Environmental Services, where they will be stripped of all recyclable components. For more information, click here.
