Invitation for bids (new carpet)

The Calhoun County Road Commission (CCRC) is currently accepting bids for new carpet installation in our office building.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Calhoun County Road Commission until 2pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2011. All proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read at that time.

Specifications, bidding instructions and proposal blanks are available at the Road Commission office on 15 Mile Rd., or can be downloaded below.

All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes and prepared on forms furnished by the Calhoun County Road Commission. The name of the item bid upon and the name of the bidder shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope.

The office building is available for taking measurements between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Please call in advance to make an appointment with Linda Parker at (269) 781-9841 ext. 221.
