Request for bids (Dust control)

Sealed bids are currently being solicited from qualified providers to provide dust control on gravel roads.

Specifications may be obtained by accessing Calhoun County’s website by clicking here.

Parties without internet access may obtain the specifications by contacting the Purchasing Office at (269) 781-0981.

Bids are to be submitted to the Calhoun County Administrative Services Office, Purchasing Division, in
accordance with instructions contained in the specifications, and must be clearly identified as “Dust Control; RFB#108-13 “, on the sealed bid mailing envelope. All bids must be received by the Calhoun County
Administrative Services Office, Purchasing Division, no later than Thursday, May 9, 2012, at 3pm local time.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined to be in the best interest of the County.
