A federal aid project to replace the 22 Mile Road bridge over the St. Joseph River in Clarendon Township will begin this June.
That means 22 Mile Rd. will be closed from P Drive South to M-60 this summer, from June 22 – September 23. Local traffic only will be allowed on 22 Mile Road from M-60 to the river.
The bridge will be replaced, so crews will be removing the existing structure and constructing a new one, as well as rebuilding the road both approaching and departing the new bridge.
