The Calhoun County Road Commission (CCRC) is currently accepting bids for brush grinding services at the community compost center located at 19646 Division Drive, which is just outside of the City of Marshall.
Since May 29, 2011, it’s estimated that over 800 tons of material have already been brought to the compost center after the storm that ravaged the area.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Calhoun County Road Commission, located at 13300 Fifteen Mile Road in Marshall, Michigan, until 2pm on Monday, June 27, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read.
Specifications, bidding instructions and proposal blanks are available at the Calhoun County Road Commission office (269-781-9841) or can be downloaded below.
All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes and prepared on forms furnished by the Calhoun County Road Commission. The name of the item bid upon and the name of the bidder shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope. This bid may include work on state trunk lines.
